For a specific injury or pain that needs real attention, book an individual session. These are hands‑on treatments where Annie works directly on your muscles, tailored to your body and the issue you're experiencing. With over 38 years of experience, she addresses the individual needs a group class can't.

Classes & Programs

Fun, friendly group classes built around simple stretches and therapy-ball work. Unlike a one-on-one session, these teach you the exercises and self‑care to practice on your own time — a great fit for minor aches, prevention, and building good habits. Each month runs as a four-class series taken together (not a single drop-in), so the techniques build on each other week to week, with easy take‑home routines to keep your progress going.

Student Athletes (Grades 7-12)

Over the 4-class series, students learn to roll out tight muscles with therapy balls and reset how their muscles move, using simple corrective exercises. Extended classes add Thera-Cane instruction (yours to travel with) and sports taping to help with minor injuries or added support.

Adult Athletes

Find and release tight, overworked muscles with guided pressure, stretching, and simple corrective moves to boost mobility, ease pain, and perform at your best.

Adults, All Ages

Foundational mobility and simple self‑care for everyday aches, sports, work, or recovery.

Pricing

  • 4‑Class Package: $250.00 — includes therapy balls, TP chart, exercise charts, and ball rolling charts
  • Single Class: $50.00 — available only to participants who have already completed the full 4‑class series. (New participants must start with the 4‑class package.)

What to bring to class

  • Therapy ball set (if you bought one in a previous class)
  • A yoga mat (1/2 inch)
  • Yoga blocks (2 blocks)
  • A travel pillow
  • Athletic fitted attire
  • Make sure to arrive 15 minutes before class starts.
