How It Works
Roll, Restore, and Release — the incredible healing world of Trigger Point Therapy.
Learn more about this miraculous treatment that has healed thousands of lives.
Pain often starts at one tight, irritated spot in a muscle and then spreads to nearby areas. We use simple techniques and therapy balls to help those muscles relax and move the way they should again.
It comes down to three easy steps: roll, restore, and release. First we find the tight, sore spots and help them let go. Then we show you simple moves to do at home so the muscle learns to move all the way again. That puts you in charge of feeling better while we look at everything that might be causing the problem, not just the sore spot.
Muscles are amazing at protecting us. But when one gets hurt, it can stay tight and tense. It gets tired and sore, and makes the muscles around it work too hard. We gently help it relax, recover, and get ready to move well again.
Relaxing the muscle often shows what's really causing your pain. It's also a great first step before physical therapy or other care, so the rest of your treatment works even better.
Annie offers this help both one‑on‑one and in her group classes. The classes grew out of her one‑on‑one work, so you can keep practicing the same moves at home — and when you need more focused help with a specific problem, one‑on‑one sessions are always there.
Do you have muscle pain that won't go away?
I'll show you simple ways to ease tight muscles and keep the pain from coming back.
Loosen Tight Muscles & Move Freely
Old injuries and stiff joints usually come with tight, guarded muscles. Simple techniques and therapy-ball work help bring back normal length and easy, comfortable movement.
Restore & Balance Your Posture
Lopsided posture and muscle imbalances are common in athletes and as we get older. This work supports better, more balanced joints and an easier upright posture.
Gentle, Skilled Techniques
Everything is done fully clothed. We combine targeted pressure, relaxation, and gentle release to help tight muscles let go.
Real, Lasting Relief
By relaxing tight muscles and supporting good alignment, both the pain you feel at the spot and the pain that spreads from it often dissipate.

Strong Muscles, Stronger Joints
A little upkeep keeps your joints happy and your muscles ready for sports and everyday life. For active adults and athletes, we find the weak or uneven spots and fix them with the right stretches, therapy‑ball work, and sports taping when it's needed.
What is a trigger point ball class?
It's a guided class where you use small massage balls, sometimes called trigger point balls or therapy balls, to loosen tight muscles, ease tension, and move better. Think of it as self‑massage, stretching, and gentle mobility work all in one, with time to slow down and let your body relax.
Your instructor walks you through placing the ball on tight, sore spots like the shoulders, hips, back, or neck and using gentle pressure to help those knots let go.
What a class looks like
- Breathing and relaxation to settle in
- Slow pressure work with the balls
- Gentle stretching and movement
- Simple mobility exercises
- A calm cool‑down
